We were asked to undertake some fairly major house renovations to this period property in North London's Crouch End. The main thrust of the project was to design and build a new kitchen and dining room.
We knocked the existing wall down, making a large open-plan space. Long lasting oak flooring was laid down, and the new kitchen sourced and plumbed. We fitted a compact breakfast bar, installed designer radiators, granite worktops and top quality NEFF appliances. Finally, the new rooms were decorated in keeping with the period of the property, taking care to preserve original features such as mouldings and dado rails.
“This is the 3rd large renovation project we have undertaken over the years and this was by far the least painful! Paul – in fact the whole team – are really nice and the overall standard of work good (the carpentry was really good, as was the tiling). I am pretty fussy but would have no hesitation in recommending Inspired Design and Construction.”
